How do you develop an above average income?

Simple, become an above average person.
-Develop an above average handshake.
-Develop an above average smile.
-Develop an above average excitement.
-Develop an above average dedication.
-Develop an above average interest in other people.
-To have more, become more."

Just Do it anyway

Hi All

Very quick encouragement:

The whole idea of motivation is a trap. Forget motivation. Just do it. Exercise, lose weight, test your blood sugar, or whatever. Do it without motivation. And then, guess what? After you start doing the thing, that's when the motivation comes and makes it easy for you to keep on doing it.
-- John C. Maxwell

Was listening to Chris the other day and was inspired to write a quick note here.

Many people starting in business have this same issue with getting started in business, even IMG/TW: Man, I need to start working on business today, but I need to have all my business cards ready, I need to have all my flyers ready, I need to have files where I can record those things, I need to just quickly get some pens at some shop. Oh, OK. Now it is soapie time, I mean, I can not miss my soapie tonight. Oh, man, I am really tired tonight, I think I will just start working tomorrow then. Wow, that was such a good sleep, oh, my it is already 10AM. Today I am going to build the business. Phone rings, your mother inviting you for coffee for the 3rd time this week. You are off to have breakfast with mom and then come back and then realized you have to go do some shopping. So you come back after 2 hours and make some supper, after watching the soapie. Shall I build my business today??? Oh, well. I have 30 minutes, so let me play some Playstation3 just to help me relax my mind. Oh, gosh. Did not realize that the 30 minutes turned into 4 hours. Man, I am so tired, think I will just build my business tomorrow. Good morning world, still tired from playing so late last night, but today is going to be a good day. Get on Facebook and Chat is down. Why Lord, on the day that I set my mind to work on the business does this happen to me? Oh, Great, Chat is back again, but once I become successful I will drive a very nice car, so I need to get some more motivation and meditate and see myself rich. So, after 3 hours of sitting in front of the computer looking at few sentences for some motivation, I get up and then take a short nap, cause a person needs to rest and sleep a bit when you working for yourself.

I think you get the point. This is bit far fetched, but some people do struggle to get started. My encouragement:

Just do it

I don't feel like chatting today: Just do it anyway
I do not like shooting videos: Just do it anyway
I am not in the mood of adding 50 people on Facebook today: Just do it anyway
I have spoken to so many people and many of them have spoken to IMG members before: Just do it anyway.
I have not written out my goals yet: Just do it anyway

Have an awesome day and Just do it anyway

Regards

Important ingredient to Your success

Welcome to Deon's first Blog.
We'll get right into the first Blog to see some of the value
that you will be getting on this Blog.
Hope you have an awesome day so far and also a
great month as May 2010 has just started.
Also, have you started Creating your decade yet?

Today, I want to talk about a few personal development
tips that I have picked up during the last few weeks.

1. The importance of having goals that is written out.
Thank you to Peter who has started the series called
Create your best Decade ever. If you have not opted
into his series, I would encourage
you to it now.http://www.createyourdecade.com

Write down your goals and your dreams. Jim Rohn
said that Basically all that Dreams are is a goal with a
deadline. I read an awesome quote which I used for
Ping today and want to challange all of us: "Take control
and authority over your lack of commitment in the past
and recommit to yourself to the achievement of
your goals and dreams." John Di Lemme

2. It all starts with mindset.

We had quite a few conversations on different
webinars with Chris where we were talking about
mindset which after I talked little bit about that
will take me to the final point.

Mindset can also be the way that you view
yourself and the way you view yourself has an
effect on the way you will think which
has an effect on your performance and your success
in business.  Maybe that was bit of a long sentence,
but read it over and over and over again

What are some of the mindsets that we are finding
when we are just starting:

- I am not sure if I can speak to one more person on Facebook
- Will I ever be successful?
-I don't think I am cut out for this business
-Why should I not invite my friends and family today,
they might be helpful in the business
-Man, I am not sure about this "chatting with people"-thing.
I mean, some of them have been in business for 20 years!!!
Wow, those people will never join me in business with me.
Maybe they will join with my mentors or Top Gurus,
but not with me.

Tonight, I want to challenge you to look deep inside of you
and start to dream again. I read a quote few days ago
and that had so much reactions from so many people:
" If one dream should fall and break into a thousand
pieces, never be afraid to pick one of those pieces up
and begin again. -- Flavia Weedn.

How do you change your mindset to reprogram your
mind so that you can become who you were created to be.

I have been using some affirmations during the
last few months and would like to share some of them
here. If you are interested in it, feel free to request
it from me on Skype

"I am Extremely Focused on my Why
I am an Action Taking, Fear Demolishing, eye opening,
mind blowing, record breaking, laser focused, and a
FIRED UP CHAMPION
I am committed to helping people succeed
I am developing the Millionaire mindset by taking
faithful action each day"

3. Lastly, and the MOST Important Ingredient for success:

                                    Conviction

For every person who is successful in their sphere of
society, whether it be business, religion, Government,
etc. they all have 1 thing in common. They have a
conviction of their products or Cause.  Conviction is the
way you see the value that your product or service.

To end off this short post:
Do you see the value of your Product or service?
Are you adding value to the marketplace?
Once you see the value in what you are offering
to the marketplace, speak or type or Blog with conviction.

I want to encourage each person today: Here is some mindsets
you can develop before prospecting:

I am adding value to the market place.
I have in my hands something that 97% of the market needs
I am confident and am in control of the chat.
The marketplace is huge, so even if there are 31,000 people
in IMG, there are more than enough people to join my
business and for their business as well.
I am abundantly blessed and am a blessing to many people

Hope you have an awesome day
